Accommodations

Bring the family along! The 31 Sedan sleeps four in two private, enclosed cabins plus two more in the convertible dinette for total 6 sleeping capacity.  The cabin is very bright with large side windows and a full size sliding door for access. It uses space to a maximum with lots of storage and it is easy to maintain thanks to the huge  11’10” beam.  The port side galley is opposite the starboard side dinette and provide plenty of room for meals and entertainment.   The head, located on the starboard side is fully enclosed with marine toilet and shower and conveniently accessed from the master stateroom or from the salon.  Decor is very modern, practical and looks brand new!

Deck

The forward deck features high rails for safety, anchor, rode, deck hatch, 4 fender holders and easy access via wide centerline steps from the flybridge.  The helm station on the flybridge has a bench seat for 3 and includes gauges for speed, rpm, oil pressure, temperature and voltmeter and engine controls.  There are two other L-shaped bench seats forward of the console that seats 2/3 each to accommodate a crowd.  There is a full bimini top and full enclosure. The cockpit is huge with bench seating on port and starboard and storage under. A full width swim platform has a swim ladder for easy access to get in and out of the water. Engines’ access is a mechanic's dream via a large hatch in the cockpit sole for superb access and easy maintenance.  There are also 4 rod holders for occasional fishing, a new fresh water cockpit shower and a brand new cockpit carpet.
